Leveraging data sourced from CRM systems and financial records on QuickBooks, I meticulously analyzed customer demographics and sales volumes, unveiling the most lucrative customer account types. This strategic revelation empowered our team to refocus efforts toward maximizing ROI by targeting key customer segments.

Moreover, I conducted in-depth ROI assessments of our marketing campaigns, meticulously evaluating their performance over the past year. By identifying which initiatives yielded the highest returns, I provided invaluable guidance on areas to sustain, enhance, or refine for future endeavors. This data-driven approach not only optimized our marketing budget allocation but also enhanced overall campaign efficacy.

In addition, I presented a comprehensive analysis of our sales growth trajectory spanning the last five years, segmented by product type.
